The departures marked "VIP 21" move to the destination: 229 Pham Ngu Lao street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh city directly, do not require a transfer from the bus terminal to urban center.
VIP 21 departures are seated, not sleeper buses and it's at 6h30 AM, 11 AM and 04h30 PM.
