Xin chào !

I’m Lua. I've hosted almost 4000 guests around the world for six years.

I grew up in the North of Vietnam and I've lived in the South for 26 years. I've travelled a lot cross Vietnam and many other countries (16 countries and still counting). Therefore I can cook many dishes from different regions.

Learning cooking at my home is a very authentic way to experience. I will share with you a lot of cooking tips and stories.

I specialize in authentic and healthy home dishes, with high quality ingredients. I can tailor traditional menus to vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, lactose-intolerant or special diets, etc.

We will cook 3 dishes from scratch. I will guide you step by step through the cooking process to get the best results.

- Bánh xèo - Pancake with chicken/pork/prawn

- Mì xào bò - Stir-fried noodles with beef
- Bánh cuốn - Rice crepe rolls
- Gỏi - Mango/papaya/pomelo/cabbage salads
- Cơm tấm - Grilled pork and broken rice
- Cá kho - Braised fish
- Thịt kho - Braised pork
- Gà sả ớt - Chicken with lemon grass

Other things to note:
- Market visit to be offer as per requested with an extra fee.
- Pickup service is NOT offered.
- Cook the same menu together with a home-setting (no separate station for each guest).

My address : Unit 24-A8, 24th Floor, Block A, Copac Square, 12 Ton Dan St., Dist 4, HCMC. Owner/ Cooking teacher Le Thi Lua +84918796791 (WhatsApp, Zalo, SMS, Call) - We will meet up at Lua's Kitchen (at my apartment). My place is very close to the city center and easy to find. You even can walk from the city center along nice river side. - When you are standing on the street, looking at the building, the residential entrances are on the left hand side. - Please ask the security man to open an elevator to 24th floor of Block A (Unit A8).
