Hanoi, located on the banks of the Red River, is one of the most ancient capitals in the world, where travelers can find well-preserved colonial buildings, ancient pagodas, temples and unique museums within the city center.
Your tour guide and driver will pick you up so please provide details of your hotel to confirm the pick-up service.
First we'll visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, which focuses on the 54 officially recognised ethnic groups in Vietnam.
After that, head to Ho Chi Minh complex and have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh then walk around the Ba Dinh Square. Have a look at the One Pillar Pagoda with its unique structure of a lotus flower rising from the pond.
Here people worship the Godess of Mercy. It is the most unique padoga in the world.
At noon, we'll have lunch at a restaurant. Have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine with delicious dishes. Have some rest after the lunch before we continue our journey discover the city.
Continue to visit the Temple of Literature – the first university in Vietnam in the feudal system. See the Tran Quoc Pagoda – first built in Ha Noi in the 6th Century. You will see the oldest Bodhi Tree in Vietnam planted by Ho Chi Minh.
Leave for Saint Joseph Cathedral with an architectural style resembling the Notre Dame de Paris. The church was one of the first structures built by the French colonial.
