If roads are closed due to weather or other conditions that prohibit visitors from entering an area of the tour, the best route will be taken or alternate locations and timings provided. If it is not possible to visit a planned inclusion with an admission cost, participants will be offered a partial refund minus a processing fee. If the tour still takes place with a portion of the planned itinerary, only the excluded admission costs will be refunded
