Once you take the ferry over to Alcatraz Island you will make your way up to the main prison building, where you receive an audio headset. The Alcatraz cell house audio tour features actual correctional officers and prisoners such as Al Capone and George "Machine Gun" Kelly. who lived and worked on Alcatraz Island. Once the audio tour is over, you can continue taking pictures and exploring the Island or walk back down to the ferry landing and hop on the next ferry headed back to San Francisco. The Alcatraz tour typically takes 2-3 hours to enjoy.

Decide where you want to ride and then head out from Union Square to explore the sights of San Francisco on a bicycle.
