Pick up will be 20 minutes after flight arrival for domestic flights and 40 minutes after flight arrival for international flights. LAX international pick ups will be arranged 60 minutes after flight arrival.
Then the costumer(s) will go to the terminal, there are zones with letters (A,B,C,....) the costumer(s) will text the zone letters to the driver. then the driver will come for the pick up after 5 minutes.
In case of meet & greet pick ups, the drive will be waiting for you inside the terminal at the arrival lounge with a Rides On Time sign which has your name on it. We will assist you with your luggage claim until your final destination.
