A waiver must be signed by all passengers
Passengers who fail to arrive and check in at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time may have their tour duration reduced or considered a 'no show', with no refund.
The customer that paid for this booking must be present at the time of the flight with ID and credit card (no photos or copies are accepted).
If you need to cancel or reschedule, You must let us know at least 24 hours prior to your booking time in order to avoid a rescheduling/cancellation fee.
The flight is subject to favorable weather conditions
Flight route might change unannounced due to Air Traffic reasons.
