Next, continue your journey to the Lake Mead Recreation Area, where you’ll have 1.5 hours to explore the largest human-made lake in the U.S. Feed the fish and take in the natural beauty of the reservoir, a part of the protected national park.

Afterward, head to Hemenway Park in Boulder City, where you might have the unique opportunity to spot and even get up close with the majestic bighorn sheep, native to this area.
