Please specify the exact number of luggage items when booking. Order includes up to 4 bags. Each additional bag collected will incur an extra charge.
Your luggage should not exceed 28kg (50lbs). Items exceeding the weight will incur an additional fee. Accepted items include suitcases, cartons, backpacks, or bags (briefcases). Failure to comply with these regulations may result in refusal of transport, even if the booking is confirmed. You are responsible for any associated losses or legal liabilities.
Ensure your bags do not contain animals, plants, food, contraband, explosives, or illegal items. Violators will be held legally liable.
After booking, you will coordinate the date and time for luggage pickup directly with Baggagehelp. For deliveries to Airbnb or hotels, please provide your address details. Baggagehelp will furnish meeting instructions
Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive meeting instructions, vehicle info and Driver contact information. For luggage pickup, once you have retrieve your bags from baggage claim, you would proceed outside the doors to Passenger Pickup. You will need to contact our driver with the door number you are standing by. The driver will arrive within 15-30 minutes of your call.
