The ATV trip has no weight restrictions
Riders have to be in good physical and mental condition to ensure safety
Drivers must be at least 15 years old
Passengers must be at least 5 years old
Book a child ticket for child passengers, they will not be allowed to drive
During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor
The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding, disruptive or unpleasant behaviour with no refund
On the rare occasion that a tour has to be canceled, you will be informed in advance and offered a different tour date, an alternative tour, or a full refund
The exact pickup time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the driver has moved on from your hotel. An extra charge will be applied for transfers from some Phuket areas (to be advised).
