Don't miss out on a visit to Khao Sok, one of the oldest virgin rainforests in the world. Get picked up from your accommodation in Khao Lak and drive for about an hour to reach the park. Make a stop at Khao Sok Viewpoint to enjoy a panoramic view of the rainforest covered in dense morning mist.
Arrive at the Sok River and board a bamboo raft paddled by experienced local guides. Take in views of the dense rainforest and towering limestone cliffs passing, flora and fauna that make the forest a paragon of biodiversity.
Stop along the river and have a steaming cup of coffee served in bamboo cup. Board a bus bound for a local cave temple and hang out with the wild monkeys that linger in the entrance. Afterwards, get transported back to you accommodation in Khao Lak.
