Select your own dishes. Pick you up, market tour & teach by experienced chef who selected as as teacher for 2 finalists of Amazon Prime Series(The World Cook Season 2). Enjoy your meals & drop off.
We will pick you up from your hotel between 10:00 - 10:30 AM. Then we go to the local fresh market in order to learn about the ingredients you will use while cooking; Thai herbs, vegetables, spices used in the homemade chili pastes. You will also learn about where everything at the market comes from; seafood, fresh coconut milk, meats, and all the tropical fruit. While at the market you will also have the opportunity to shop for yourself.

- Back at the cooking class you will cook 3 courses using the ingredients from the market.
- Learn to make the curry pastes from scratch and cook with your own homemade curry paste.
- With Wandee who is selected as a Teacher by Amazon Prime Series(The World Cook Season 2) which experienced Chef and teacher both in Thailand and oversea. Wandee have deep knowledge about traditional cooking methods, as well as learn to cook royal Thai recipes from the mother of her friend who use to be a Thai Chef in the palace.
- Q&A session at every cooking class.
- The recipes of what you cook will be available after the class.

Cooking class itinerary
A: Morning Class
10.00 a.m.: Pick up at the hotel
10.20 a.m.: Market tour at local market
10.40 a.m. – 12.00: Cooking
12.10 p.m.: Get together for lunch and share your meal with each other
01.20 p.m.: Photo opportunities in a beautiful organic garden
02.00 p.m.: Arrive back at the hotel
