Sticky Waterfall, also known as Bua Thong Waterfall, is a unique natural attraction in Chiang Mai province.
The waterfall gets its nickname "sticky" because the limestone rocks are covered with mineral deposits that create a non-slippery surface, allowing visitors to easily climb up and down the falls.
The water flowing over the rocks comes from a natural spring and is rich in calcium carbonate, which is responsible for the sticky texture.
