4 Days Camping safari to Tarangire, Serengeti & Ngorongoro

Safari adventure to Tarangire, Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater, will expose you to incredible density of wildlife, offering a high chance of spotting the Big Five animals in close proximity.
Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park to Mto wa Mbu
Depart from Arusha in the morning and drive to Tarangire National Park, approximately 2-3 hours away. Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive through the park, famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife including lions, giraffes, and numerous bird species. After a picnic lunch in the park, continue your game drive in the afternoon. In the late afternoon, exit the park and drive to the nearby town of Mto wa Mbu for dinner and an overnight stay at a local lodge or campsite.



Day 2: Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast, depart from Mto wa Mbu and drive towards the Serengeti National Park, passing through the stunning landscapes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Optionally, stop at a Maasai village to experience their vibrant culture. Upon arriving in the Serengeti, have a picnic lunch and begin an afternoon game drive, exploring the vast plains and encountering wildlife such as lions, elephants, and cheetahs. In the evening, arrive at your campsite in the Serengeti for dinner and an overnight stay.


Day 3: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Start your day with an early morning game drive in the Serengeti, capturing the beauty of the sunrise and observing active wildlife. Return to your accommodation for breakfast, then continue your game drive with a packed lunch to maximize your time in the park. In the late afternoon, leave the Serengeti and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you'll stay at a campsite near the crater rim. Enjoy dinner and the spectacular views before settling in for the night.


Day 4: Ngorongoro Conservation Area to Moshi or Arusha
After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. Explore the diverse habitats of the crater floor, home to a dense concentration of wildlife including rhinos, lions, flamingos, and hippos. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool or another scenic spot, then ascend from the crater in the early afternoon. Begin your drive back to Moshi or Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening, concluding your incredible safari adventure.
