Embark on a 3-day safari tour from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park. See a variety of wildlife, including giraffes, buffalos, elephants, lions, and leopards. Enjoy a game drive, and visit a Masai Boma.

Day 1
Be picked up from the airport, hotel, or ferry, and drive to Mikumi National Park, which is approximately a 5-6 hour drive. Stop in Morogoro for lunch and proceed to Mikumi National Park. On arrival in the park, visit the Masai Boma. After your visit, be brought back to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 2
After breakfast at 6:30 AM, drive to Mikumi National Park for a full-day game drive until sunset. See a rich variety of bird species, as well as large numbers of giraffes, buffalos, and elephants. If you are lucky, you may also be able to spot lions and leopards. Other animals you're likely to see include zebras, hippos, hartebeests, wildebeests, impalas, warthogs, elands, and antelopes. Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3
Have an early morning breakfast. Afterward, drive back to Dar es Salaam via Morogoro town. On arrival in Dar es Salaam, be dropped off at the ferry for the second or last ferry to Zanzibar, or be dropped off at the airport or hotel.
