On this 2-day hike you will discover with us the fantastic nature on the slopes of Kilimanjaro with its rain forest, waterfalls, nice villages and lovely people.
Day 1 Mount Kilimanjaro Hiking
Hike Duration: 4-6 hours
Distance: 8 km
Habitat: Rainforest.

After breakfast at your hotel in Arusha/Moshi, our driver and guide will meet you and provide a briefing for your trip. After the briefing, you will be driven to Marangu Gate (1800m) for a day hike. There, you will complete the registration process and begin your hike. The hike is expected to take 4-6 hours. It will lead you through the mountain forest, where you may encounter white and black colobus monkeys, various bird species, and other small wild animals. Accommodation at Weru River Lodge/ Chania lodge or similar on Bed and Breakfast

Day 2 Materuni Waterfall and Coffee Plantation Experience
We will pick you up from your hotel in Moshi and drive you to Materuni Village. It is a village located on the edge of Mt. Kilimanjaro. In this beautiful village, you will get to experience hiking to the waterfall, taste the local cuisine, and learn about coffee preparation from the seed to the cup of coffee. During this experience, the locals will welcome you with a song and motivate you during the coffee preparation. After the whole day experience, we will drive you back to Moshi or Arusha
