Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Morning:
Early Breakfast: Enjoy a hearty breakfast at your accommodation in Arusha.
Departure: Depart from Arusha around 8:00 AM. The drive to Tarangire National Park takes approximately 2 hours.
Arrival at Tarangire: Arrive at Tarangire National Park around 10:00 AM. Begin your game drive upon entry.
Afternoon:
Game Drive: Explore Tarangire, famous for its large herds of elephants, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife, including lions, zebras, and giraffes.
Lunch: Enjoy a packed lunch at a designated picnic site within the park, surrounded by the stunning landscape.
Continued Game Drive: After lunch, continue exploring different areas of the park, possibly spotting more wildlife and visiting the Tarangire River, where animals congregate to drink.
Evening:
Check-in: After your afternoon game drive, exit the park and head to your lodge for the night.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Tour and Return to Arusha

Early Breakfast: Have an early breakfast at your lodge or camp.
Departure to Ngorongoro: Leave for Ngorongoro Crater around 6:00 AM. The drive takes about 2.5 hours.
Morning:
Descend into Ngorongoro Crater: Arrive at the Ngorongoro Crater and descend into the crater for a game drive. The crater is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to a vast array of wildlife, including the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino).
Midday:
Picnic Lunch: Enjoy a packed picnic lunch by the hippo pool within the crater, where you can take in the incredible views and observe wildlife.
Afternoon:
Final Game Drive: Continue your game drive, exploring different parts of the crater floor and taking in the unique landscapes and wildlife.
Ascent and Departure: In the early afternoon, ascend from the crater and begin your journey back to Arusha.
Evening:
Return to Arusha: Arrive back in Arusha in the late afternoon or early evening, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel or airport, depending on your onward plans.
