1-Day Kilimanjaro Hike to Mandara Hut

The hike begins by passing through a thick rainforest where you can observe a variety of chattering birdlife and colobus monkeys. As you make your way up, don’t forget to keep an eye out for the curious blue monkeys that might cross your path.

After approximately 3 hours of hiking, you will arrive at Mandara Hut. This is a comfortable resting place where you will have a chance to enjoy a packed lunch while admiring the stunning views of the landscape around you.

Once you have rested and re-energized, you will begin your descent which will take approximately 2 hours. During this time, you will have the opportunity to admire the breathtaking scenery, take pictures, and make memories that will last a lifetime.
