描述

Scenic vistas, pristine wildlife, excellent acclimatization, and low traffic of climbers - Lemosho is one of the best Kilimanjaro routes. Our personal favorite for reaching the Roof of Africa!
After arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), a representative will meet you and transfer you to your comfortable hotel. In the evening you will have a comprehensive orientation briefing with your consultant, who will answer your final questions and make sure that you are ready to start your adventure.

The next morning you will begin your expedition with a ride to Londorossi Gate, the western entrance to Kilimanjaro National Park.

You will spend eight full days and seven nights in Kilimanjaro National Park, with all overnight stays in tented camps. You will be accommodated in 4-season mountaineering tents (made by North Face, Mountain Hardwear), which will provide excellent protection against wind, rain, and the cold of the summit.

The climbing crew will take care of your adventure essentials, with the camp team pitching the tents, the porters carrying your climbing gear, and the cooks being responsible for pleasing you with their culinary skills. Your Kilimanjaro diet will include energy and protein-rich meals, including chicken, beef, fish, spaghetti, vegetable salads, fruits, pizzas, cereals, porridge, cakes, pastries, and eggs. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and kosher meal plans are also available upon request.

The summit night will be the culmination of your adventure, as you start around midnight and reach Peak Uhuru at around 7:00AM to enjoy the most memorable sunrise of the trip. The altitude is quite tangible there, and, if necessary, the guides will give you oxygen tanks and hot tea to boost your stamina. They will be accompanying you at all times, helping and motivating you whenever necessary.

After a successful summit, you will spend your final day on Kilimanjaro at Millenium Camp. The next morning, you will descend to Mweka Gate, where your car will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel. The guides will then award certificates of achievement, before you celebrate the end of your adventure with your fellow hikers. The following day, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
