You must call the activity provider at least 72 hours prior to the tour to confirm. Guide gratuities are not included in the tour cost but are greatly appreciated.
Pickup is possible from select hotels in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe but NOT guaranteed. Pickup times range from 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM depending on your location. Pickup is not available from private residences on public tours. The local tour operator will email you the afternoon before your tour with the pickup details. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received the email by 5:00 PM Arizona time.
