The tour is designed as a ten day tour which covers cities like Negombo, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa , Kandy , Nuwaraeliya , Ella , Thissamaharama. In this tour you have the chance to visit Ancient cities, national parks and beautiful hill countryside
Day 1| NEGOMBO - SIGIRIYA
Early morning leave for Sigiriya,visitng a roof tile factory and pineapple plantation as well as Pinawella Elephant Orphanage ,one of the popular attractions, established as a sanctuary .Visitors are invited to observe and assist the baby elephants as they are fed from giant feeding bottles, before they plod down to the river for their daily bath.
In the afternoon visit the Sigiriya Fotress,which was a royal palace of King Kassyappa (477-495 A.D) Dinner and overnight in hotel in Sigiriya
Day 2| SIGIRIYA - ANURADHAPURA
After breakfast leave for Anuradhapura During the tour, you will visit an Archeological museum, The sacred Bo Tree, Brazen Place, Royal Palace, Samadhi Buddha, Kuttam Pokuna, and more. Dinner and overnight in hotel in Sigiriya
Day 3 | SIGIRIYA - POLONARUWA
After breakfast leave for Polonnaruwa Ancient City, another World Heritage site In the afternoon you will visit Mineriya National Park and proceed back to your hotel in Sigiriya
Day 4 & 5 | POLONARUWA - KANDY
After morning elephant ride through the jungle proceed to Kandy,visiting Dambula Cave Temple, batic factory and spice garden in Matale on the way., Visit of Temple of The Tooth and traditional cultural dancing show in the evening. Dinner and overnight in hotel in Kandy. The next day, morning city tour of Kandy, visit of Gadaladeniya Temple, Ambakey Temple and Lanka Thilake Temple just outside of Kandy.
Day 6 & 7 | KANDY – NUWARA ELIYA
After breakfast visit Peradeniya Botanical garden and leave for Nuwara Eliya.
En-route visit a Sri Lankan tea plantation and a working tea factory and also experience a self-tea plucking
The next day visit the Horton Plains National Park, in the afternoon walk around Gregory Lake and city tour of Nuwara Eliya city. Dinner and overnight in hotel in Nuwara Eliya
Day 8| NUWARA ELIYA - ELLA
Ella by train. It’s a picturesque driveway through tea plantations and offers the best view of Sri Lanka country side. Our driver will drop you at Nuwara Eliya train station and pick you up from train station in Ella. Once you check in to your hotel in Ella you will climb Little Adam`s Peak.
Day 9| ELLA - TISSAMAHARAMA
Morning or After noon safari
Day 10 | YALA - NEGOMBO
After breakfast proceed back to Negombo via beautiful southern costal road.
