The 3-Night Soft Ayurveda Programme begins with your arrival at the airport, where you’ll be picked up and transferred to the hotel. Each day includes a comprehensive doctor’s consultation to assess your bio-energetic type (Dosha) and track your progress. Your daily Ayurvedic treatments consist of Shiroabhyanga (Ayurvedic Oil Head Therapy) to relieve stress, Snehana (Ayurvedic Oil Body Therapy) for full-body rejuvenation using warm herbal oils, Vakthrabyanga (Ayurvedic Face Therapy) to tone facial muscles and improve skin glow, and Padabhyanga (Ayurvedic Foot Therapy) to stimulate marma points, enhance circulation, and promote restful sleep. Every morning begins with a yoga session designed to balance the body and mind. All meals are customized according to your Dosha to ensure optimal nourishment and support your body’s healing. Throughout your stay, you will receive two hours and fifteen minutes of treatments daily, offered in the villa or treatment center. At the end of the program, you will receive an Ayurveda health report outlining your constitution and health recommendations. After the final session, you will be transferred to the airport or Colombo for your departure, feeling refreshed and revitalized
