Four-Day Nature and Adventure Expedition

Set off on an off the beaten track tour to enjoy the unique atmosphere in cool climes in Sri Lanka along with some nature and adventurous experiences.
1 Day
Colombo - Kandy
8:30 You will be picked up from your hotel in Colombo, Dambulla, Sigiriya and Habarana. Pick up from Colombo hotels will be done at 08:30am and Pick up from other cities will be done at 11:00am. 13:00 Arrive at Simpson’s forest and check-in to one of the rooms before enjoying an authentic Sri Lankan Lunch. 15:00 You will be taken to a tea plantation where you can enjoy tea plucking with the estate workers. 17:15 Arrive to a lovely view point and enjoy the views of the surrounding nature with high tea. 18:15 You will start the last phase of your trekking and reach the hotel at 18:30. 19:00 Enjoy 15 minutes foot or head and shoulder message at the spa. 20:00 Enjoy a Candle lit Dinner by the Pool with a heavenly view of the surrounding plains at night that blends with the stars in the sky. One glass of wine will be served during the dinner.

2 Day
Kandy - Kitulgala
06:00 Get up early and enjoy the morning sunlight that blends with the mist. 07:00 Enjoy a Champagne breakfast in one of the outdoor dining locations. 08:30 Check out from the hotel and proceed to Kithulgala. 11:00 Arrive at Kitulgala and start Whitewater Rafting tour with our guide. After a safety briefing and a few pointers on rafting technique, we’ll jump right into the action. The river hosts rapids between grades 2 and 3, with the rafting stretch approximately 6.5 kilometers in length, and taking between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours to complete, depending on water levels. 13:00 Enjoy Lunch at Borderlands Campsite and spend couple of hours at leisure before starting your hiking experience. 15:00 Hike through the local forests surrounding Kithulgala, passing friendly, smiling villagers. 17:00 Arrive back to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure in your tent with the view of Kaleni river. 19:30 Enjoy Dinner in the main restaurant at the campsite.

3 Day
Kitulgala - Belihuloya
09:00 After breakfast, you will be driven to Belihuloya. 12:00 Arrive at Tree House Chalets and check in for lunch. 15:00 You will start your walking trail in the village of Belihuloya with your guide. You will walk through beautiful paddy fields and the friendly welcoming breeze that blow through. Meet the villagers here, peep into their lives and learn their living style and also you can have a chat with them enjoying a snack. 18:00 Arrive back at your hotel refresh with worm water shower before enjoying your BBQ dinner at an outside location. Spend the overnight at Tree House Chalets.

4 Day
Belihuloya - Colombo
06:00 Wake-up early in the morning and experience the sunshine over the mountains whilst discovering the wonder of nature surrounded by the hotel. 09:00 Your guide will take you through another memorable walking trail to a waterfall in the property premises. 11:30 Arrive back at the hotel and get refreshed before leaving back to your drop off location.
