In this case, the tour will continue to run and an alternative route will be offered. In this case, no refund will be provided.

That is only the start time of the activity. -"La Excursion" will send you an email or message before the day of your excursion confirming your pickup time and exact location including a view map link. -Please make sure you know your correct time and if you have doubts contact us by phone or email the day before your excursion. -If you are late or mistake the start time of the activity with the pickup time, it will not be our responsibility. -Please arrive at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. -The guide will wait no longer than 3 minutes after the scheduled time before leaving. -We wish all our clients to have the best experience possible and this will help us to be as efficient as possible not delaying the arrival to the last pickup locations. -Thank you very much for your collaboration!
