Note that pick-up is only available in the south of the island.
You will be picked up from or near your accommodation in the south of Tenerife. The activity provider will confirm the exact pickup time and place by email. It might not be exactly at your hotel, but close by. Make sure you have received the information before the tour. Please also check your spam folder if you do not see it. Once you are dropped off at the park, you will need to present the voucher the activity provider sent to you to access the park.
