For airport transfers, the driver will wait for a maximum of 1 hour after the scheduled pick-up time.

Our pick-up service is designed to be seamless and stress-free. Upon booking, you will receive confirmation. Our professional driver will arrive at the agreed-upon location and wait for you at the designated pick-up point. For airport transfers, the driver will meet you at the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name on it for easy identification. We monitor flight times to ensure prompt pick-up, even in the case of delays. For hotel pick-ups, the driver will wait outside the main entrance or the specified meeting point provided by the hotel. For city pick-ups at attractions or specific addresses, our driver will contact you via phone or messaging app to confirm the exact pick-up point and ensure timely coordination. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, and feel free to contact us if you need assistance finding the vehicle.
