Learn kitesurfing from scratch with our IKO methodology and enjoy the windy days in Almeria.
If what you want is to try, the Baptism, or if you already have some experience do extra class.
Initiation Course 3 days
Our basic initiation course is done in 3 sessions in which we start with the Discovery module that will occupy the first day.
SEA (Spot, Environment, Activity) evaluation.
Handling, transport and safety of a kite on the ground.
Assembly of the kite.
Use of safety systems.
Pre-flight checks.
Take off and landing as an assistant.
First piloting and exploration of the edge of the flight window.
Release the bar.
Tangling and untangling the lines.
Control with one hand.
Introduction to trim.
Walking with the kite flying.
Take off and landing as a pilot.
Flight window theory.
Activation of the quick release in flight.
Self-landing.
Packing the equipment.
Entering and exiting the water with the kite in flight.
Relaunching the kite in the water.
Body-drag in all its variants, two-handed, one-handed, moving kite, static kite, windward course, with board.
Self-rescue
Priority rules.
Steady-pull.
WaterStart.
Stopping in a controlled manner.
This would be everything seen with the initiation course, in addition, the company will decide whether to do 2 hours private or 3 hours in duo, depending on the availability and ability of the rider.
