I conduct classes in the styles of hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga with elements of relaxing yin, also for cyclists. You can also join for pranayama and sound bath. I have mats and other training aids, all you need is a good mood and comfortable clothes.
Classes in Polish, English or Spanish.
