• Make sure you select the exact number of luggage items when booking. If the driver has to pick up any excess bags when collecting, an extra fee will be charged
• Luggage must not weigh more than 32kg (70lbs) and must measure less than 32 inches (length and width total 180cm). Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack or briefcase. If the luggage does not meet any of the legal rules, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. You liable for all losses and any legal issues
• Please ensure your bags do not contain animals, plants, frozen meat, contraband, explosives, and illegal items. Offenders must bear legal liability
• You will arrange your exact luggage pickup date and time directly with LuggAgent after booking. If you book for deliveries to/from Airbnb or hotels, please also include your address location. LuggAgent will send you the instructions for the airport meeting point
• Booking deadline is 6:00 PM (local time), a day before service day
For luggage delivery from the hotel, you may leave the hotel after dropping off the luggage and taking photos of the luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge. For luggage delivery to the hotel, your luggage will be delivered to the concierge under your booking name, so please provide a copy of the hotel confirmation document.
