Celebration of Saudi offers a fun, interactive, and culturally immersive experience, highlighting the very best of Saudi culture and traditions, finishing with an exceptional Nadj feast.
Begin the evening by engaging in a lesson on how to fit a traditional Saudi shemagh or jewelry (hama) before taking a seat with your fellow diners.
Next, learn about the ancient spice routes and put your sense of smell to the test in a spice identification game, before learning how to blend Saudi Arabia’s #1 spice mix from Medina to use on your food.
Watch the ancient technique of preparing traditional smoke-infused water from the south of the kingdom before learning the tools, steps and etiquette required to make and drink traditional Arabic coffee.
What follows is a sumptuous, multi-dish Najd regional feast that is sure to delight your tastebuds and fill your stomach, with the history, ingredients and origins of each dish explained, and a lesson in sitting and eating like a Saudi (with your hands).
To finish enjoy a tasting of some of the award-winning honeys of the Asir region, before choosing your favorite to enjoy with dessert, ending with a traditional tea and incense class with a little Saudi ‘‘magic’.

Please be careful with directions, as there are 3 Najd village locations in the city and you need to go to the northernmost location.
The experience starts promptly at 7:30pm so please aim get there a little earlier around 715pm to settle in and be introduced to the other guests. Remember to take traffic into consideration as you don't want to miss out on the interactive games at the start of the experience!
You can find parking outside the front and underneath the restaurant if you plan on arriving by your own transportation.
When you arrive, there are two entrances, one on the far right hand side, which is NOT the correct entrance for this experience, and one more central, on the left hand side of the black classic car, which IS where you want to enter.
Please make your way upstairs to the first floor, and walk to the other side of the restaurant furthest away from the elevator or staircase, where you will find our guide waiting to greet you.
