Attend Gusya no Gusekura and experience the heartbeat of Rwandan culture. Join this interactive presentation overlooking Mount Kigali, with outstanding views, and discover age-old traditional ways residents grind grains and potatoes into flour.
Your experience will start with a warm reception to the place, beginning with guidance from local artisans. You will start with the raw grain and potatoes, processing them for flour by traditional tools of grinding and sifting until you get fine flour. Stories will be shared with you regarding what this meant to them, their culture, and how methods have been passed through generations.
