A deposit of 40% of the total tour cost is required to verify the safari in the off-season and obtain a gorilla pass if required.
During the high season from July to September, customers are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total flight cost to secure reservations and permits, if required. Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
A full flight refund is required if booked one month before departure. Payments are made by international bank transfer to the company’s bank account in Uganda.

All cancellation fees are based on the number of days prior to the tour departure.
• 60 days ago: full refund
• Between 60 and 30 days: 70% refund of the deposit
• Between 29 and 15: the 30% deposit will be refunded.
• Less than 15 days: no response
