For horseback riding, there is a minimum age of 6 years old and a minimum height of 1.30 meters high (4.27 ft). There is a maximum weight limit of 127 kilograms (280 lb).
If you don't need a transfer, please be at the park at least 30 minutes before the confirmed activity's time.
If you are being picked up from your hotel, please wait in the lobby or the meeting point location between 10 to 15 minutes before the pickup time. The pickup time will be provided upon confirmation of the location. Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
