Important Information Before Booking
Duration: This full-day excursion typically lasts around 10-12 hours, including travel time.
Health & Safety: Guests should be in reasonable physical condition, as the excursion includes horseback riding and swimming. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
Weather Considerations: The excursion is weather-dependent. In case of adverse weather conditions, we may need to reschedule or cancel the trip for your safety.
Once the client makes their reservation, our staff will contact the client to give them the pick-up time according to their location. Clients must wait at the lobby entrance, the driver will be waiting there calling the name of the person who booked the tour. If the driver doesn't have her name, it's not us.
