• The duration of the tour will be between 4 and 5 hours depending on your selected option and traffic
• Dune bashing is not permitted for pregnant women, people with heart conditions, and infants (under 3 years old)
• To ensure the safety of children, those who are under 12 years old are not permitted to ride camels or quad bikes alone. However, it is acceptable for them to ride with adults
• Casual, loose-fitting clothing is recommended in the summer, along with a jacket in the winter
• Sports shoes are required for sandboarding
• The duration of the tour includes the pick-up and drop-off times
• As this tour operates on a sharing basis, the pickup time may vary by up to 30 minutes before or after the start time. You will receive a call or WhatsApp message from our tour guide to confirm the pickup service time
• Before engaging in certain activities, it is important to acknowledge the potential risks and agree to participate at your own risk
Airport: Proceed to gate number 4 located near the passenger's pickup and drop-off area to meet your guide. Since this is a shared tour, pickup times will vary between 8:15 AM and 8:45 AM. The guide will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange the pickup service.
Hotels: You can be picked up from any hotel located within Doha City. Please provide the full name and address of your hotel.
Doha City: Please provide your address for pickup.
Port: Please contact the activity provider after making your booking so the necessary arrangements can be made.
If you are outside the pickup area, the activity provider will contact you and provide information about the nearest meeting point.
