Your guide will be waiting for you inside the arrivals terminal. After you pass the cruise terminal security desk, you will enter the reception area where all tour guides are.
We will be ther holding a sign with your name on it. Please note that it is your responsibility to find your name on the list held by the guide and to identify yourself, and we expect all travelers to do their best to be on time for the start of the tour.
We will allow 10 to 15 minutes courtesy time for latecomers, after which the tour will start.
If your cruise ship is docking at the commercial port, take the shuttle bus and, at the first stop, your guide will be holding a sign with your name on it.
