The snowmobile ride fee is not included in the price. The cost is 400 PLN per two-person snowmobile, payable directly at the counter before the snowmobile/quad ride.
We offer both single and two-person snowmobiles. It is possible for two people to ride on a two-person snowmobile.
In case of insufficient or no snow, the activity will be replaced by a quad ride, and you will be informed of this one day before the activity.
Due to the low temperatures, we recommend bringing very warm clothing and footwear. A helmet, gloves, and balaclava are included in the price.
The time given in your reservation is approximate. Our driver will contact you one day before the tour around 8:00 PM to confirm the exact pick up time which you can expect to be between 09:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
Your driver will meet you at the main entrance of your hotel or accommodation in Kraków. Please be ready and waiting 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to ensure a smooth start to your adventure.
We will inform you of the assigned driver and car the on the day before your tour. You will also receive a photo of the vehicle and the license plate number for easy identification.
If you’re running late or having trouble finding your pickup location, please contact us immediately using the number provided in your booking confirmation to help your driver find you quickly.
