SUP Equipment: All necessary paddleboarding equipment, including boards, paddles, and life vests, will be provided. Just bring your enthusiasm and readiness for adventure.
Feel free to bring your own picnic items if you prefer.

The price of the classes includes equipment (board, paddle, vest)
Recommended clothing: comfortable clothing appropriate to the weather, such as for running or cycling. We swim barefoot on the boards.
On site, you can change your clothes, leave your things in locked cabinets, and use the toilet or shower.
