• NO REFUNDS will be issued for a no show or unused portion of the tour.
• If individual cancels the tour, it is NON-REFUNDABLE, consideration for a refund can be made in extraordinary circumstances that can be proven and must be hand written to avoid any misunderstanding in the event of cancellation of our tour reservation after settlement.
• If the coast guard cancelled the tour on that day FULL REFUND will be refundable or it can be rescheduled the tour by the day coast guard will give us clearance to make a tour again.
• If for any reason the tour is canceled by tour operator, a FULL REFUND will be made to the contracting party
