Wingfoiling is the new sport to learn!!! It is great for everyone, complete beginners and people with kite and windsurf backgrounds.
In your first lesson you will start on the beach getting used to the wing. The instructor will go through the different sail positions with you and demonstrate how to get into the correct sailing position, how to get going and how to stop and turn. Then it is time to get in the water!!
You will start with a big board to get used to the wing. It is such a great experience and Sal has great locations and conditions to learn
