Start by selecting one of the many paintings from the extensive list of choices. Each team member will contribute to a cohesive artwork centered around a central theme provided by the host. The team is also available to brainstorm ideas and company concepts to ensure the theme resonates with your group.

Four leaders will be chosen to guide the teams. Each team will receive an image of the artwork they need to recreate. The leaders will delegate roles and responsibilities, ensuring everyone has clear goals to achieve. Constant communication is key, as the leaders must ensure that each canvas lines up perfectly and all shades match. This meticulous coordination is crucial so that when all individual canvases are brought together, they form a seamless piece of art, as if painted by a single artist.
