Luxury train to Lake Titicaca with overnight on board

On this luxury train trip to Lake Titicaca you will make a getaway from Cusco to Puno, crossing the high plains of the Peruvian Andes to reach the shores of the highest lake in the world.
Day 1
At 10:00 a.m. we will meet at the Wanchaq station in Cusco. There we will check in and board a luxury train that crosses the Peruvian highlands towards Lake Titicaca. Are you ready for a dream trip to the cradle of the Inca empire?

Once inside the railway, we will leave Cusco and you will have time to leave your luggage in the cabins and explore the interior of the Andean Explorer train. You can relax while taking in the views from the lounge car and the observatory car, or head to the SPA car.

At 1:00 p.m. a delicious lunch will be served at the El Vagón restaurant. This meal includes a starter, main course, dessert and drink. Peruvian gastronomy will leave you speechless!

We will arrive at La Raya at 4:30 p.m. Did you know that it is the highest point on the highway between Puno and Cusco? It is located at no more and no less than 4312 meters above sea level! We will accompany the views by having tea and the rest of the afternoon if you can continue enjoying the comforts of the luxury train.

As the sun goes down, we will toast with some cocktails accompanied by canapés at the bar to whet your appetite. At 7:30 p.m. it will be the perfect time to enjoy a gourmet dinner composed of the most traditional dishes of the area.

We will end the day arriving at the Puno station, on the shores of Lake Titicaca, at 10:00 p.m. Let's rest until the next day!

Day 2
At 6:00 a.m. you will enjoy the sunrise on Lake Titicaca, the cradle of the Inca civilization. It will be a magical moment to remember! Next, we will serve you breakfast to start the day with energy and, at 8:30 a.m., we will finish this luxury train excursion by saying goodbye at the Puno station.
