Embark on a unique adventure on the highest navigable lake in the world: the majestic Lake Titicaca. This full day tour will take you to discover the magical Floating Islands of the Uros, where you will learn about the ancestral life of a community that has known how to coexist with the waters for centuries.

Then, let yourself be surprised by the island of Taquile, a place full of traditions, breathtaking landscapes and a textile culture declared a World Heritage Site. All accompanied by an expert tour guide in Spanish and English who will reveal the secrets and legends of this fascinating destination.

- 07:30 a.m. Pick up from hotels and/or bus station.

- 08:00 a.m. Departure to the floating islands of the Uros, 08:20 a.m. Arrival to the island of the Uros where you will visit two floating islands, the tour guide will give information about the construction of these artificial islands for 20 minutes approx. and then have free time to purchase a handicraft or take a ride on a handmade boat made of reeds (optional), then continue the journey to the island of Taquile.

- 11:00 a.m. Arrival at the pier in the north of the island, upon arrival to the island the group enjoys a one hour walk to the village. On the way the tour guide will explain about the traditions and life on the island.

- 12:15 p.m. Arrival to the main town of Taquile. We will visit the main square
and the handicraft market. At 12:00 p.m. lunch in a restaurant chosen by the tour guide. After lunch the visitor will have free time to make a small tour on his own.

- 2:30 p.m. Return to Puno from the main pier (538 steps down).

- 4:00 p.m. Arrival to Puno where a transport will be waiting to take you to your hotels.
