We will begin this adventure at 5:00 a.m. (sunrise) or 3:30 p.m. (sunset), leaving the city in a motorized vehicle, traveling for 20 minutes by road. We will arrive at the entrance, where we will walk for about 7 minutes until we reach the canoe.
We will navigate through the lagoon, which in the past was part of the Madre de Dios River. Today, it is surrounded by lush vegetation, including aguajal palm trees, and is a place where macaws come to rest.
We will enjoy a spectacular sunset in the middle of the lake, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding vegetation.
Afterwards, we will return to the city of Puerto Maldonado, with an approximate arrival time of 7:30 a.m. (sunrise) or 6:30 p.m. (sunset).
