Iquitos 2 days Amazon River, Night walk + monkeys

Embark on a fascinating adventure through the Peruvian jungle, where you will have the opportunity to observe local wildlife, including monkeys, birds and much more.
Dia 1:
Reception at 9:30 a.m. and transfer to the Port of Bellavista, on the banks of the Nanay River. We will board a boat for a trip of approximately 3 hours on the Amazon River, where we will see the confluence of the Amazon and the Nanay, and visit the Fundo Don Pedrito. There, we will be able to observe victoria regia (fish up to 3 meters), lizards of various sizes, and enjoy the jungle landscape and the picturesque houses of the riverside villages.
Arrival at the Amazon Queen Lodge, where rooms will be assigned. Afterwards, we will enjoy lunch and in the afternoon we will hike through the jungle to the AQL “Timicurillo” community. Here we will learn about local customs and daily activities, as well as learn about medicinal plants and their healing properties.
Return to the lodge for dinner. Optionally, you can participate in night walks to listen to the magical sounds of the jungle or, in the flood season, enjoy canoe rides to experience the night life of the river and its creeks. Overnight at the lodge.

Dia 2:
We will have breakfast and a brief rest before starting the navigation to Neyser Island, where we will interact with monkeys in freedom, such as pichicos, friars, huapos and maquisapas, who will receive us with curiosity. Then, we will sail to the hamlet of San Juan de Huashalado to visit the rescue center “El Encanto de Rony”, where we will see anacondas, sloths, toucans, blue and red parrots, among other animals.
Next, we will enjoy a tasting of aphrodisiac and medicinal drinks, including the Calzone Breaker, 7 Roots, and Camú Camú, as well as other natural remedies such as sangre de grado and copaiba oil, beneficial for bone problems.
We will return to the Amazon Queen Lodge for lunch and prepare for our return to the city. We will sail for approximately 2:30 hours until we arrive at the hotel or airport. End of service.
