From Iquitos || Sail the Amazon River - Full Day ||

On this Amazon excursion we will enter the longest and largest river in the world on board a boat. What animals will we find? What mysteries will we discover?
Itinerary
After picking you up at the agreed meeting point, we will head to the Iquitos jungle, where a boat will be waiting for us to sail along the Amazon River.

We will begin a pleasant excursion with a guide specialized in this tropical paradise. We will feel on our skin that the temperature of the Amazon is warm all year round.

On our excursion we will see the exuberance of a jungle that occupies most of the Peruvian territory and has tropical jungle vegetation. In addition, we will see the floating Victoria Regia, the largest leaves in the world.

If we are lucky, we will see some animal species of this ecosystem, such as the titi lion monkey, the sloth, the poison dart frog or the black caiman. We will have the opportunity to visit an authentic serpentarium, which houses snakes such as the anaconda. With this experience, animal lovers will be able to see the species in their natural habitat in a safe way.

Before leaving the serpentarium, we will taste some liquors that are prepared from the bark extracted from the trees. Anyone hungry? We will enjoy a delicious meal at a local restaurant.

We will visit the Yahuas Indians, who will show us their culture and beliefs while we watch some of their dances and rituals. This is a way to discover the way of life of people who remain practically isolated.
