From Iquitos | Excursion - Sunrise and sighting in 5 days

If you have always wanted to visit the Amazon River and its jungle, don't miss this 5-day tour to the north. You will get to know first hand one of the most fascinating places in the world.
Day 1: Reception at the indicated time (9:30 am), transfer to the Port of Bellavista, located on the banks of the Nanay River, where we will board a boat to embark on our journey down the Amazon River. During this trip of approximately 3 hours, we will be able to observe the confluence of the Amazon River and the Nanay River and also enjoy the visit of the Don Pedrito Ranch.

The jungle landscape and the picturesque houses of the riverside villages will be the main attractions throughout our navigation.
Lunch (typical buffet) and rest.

In the afternoon we will make a small navigation to reach the community where the AQL ¨Timicurillo¨ .

Return to the lodge, dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Breakfast 8.am
After a short rest, we start the navigation to visit the ¨Neyser Island¨ where we will have the opportunity to share with different species of monkeys.
After this visit, we will make a small navigation to the hamlet of San Juan de Huashalado, to visit the rescue center ¨Rony's charm¨ where we can appreciate the most famous snake as the anaconda.
We continue the visit and now we are going to delight ourselves with the famous aphrodisiac and medicinal drinks.

Return to AQL and lunch. In the afternoon, we will do botanical walks where we can appreciate and learn about medicinal plants and their healing values and finally dinner.

Day 3: Breakfast.
We get ready to start a small adventure on the Yana-Yacu river. We will sail to the town of San Juan de Huashalado and cross the dry dock to the Yana Yacu river (black waters) by canoe. Here we will make a Full Day, this place is very privileged by the variety of birds, free monkeys, very large trees and everything that nature can give us. We can swim with the dolphins. Lunch will be outdoors, in the house of some farmers or on board. Then we prepare to return in the same way, arriving at AQL at 6 pm.

On the way back we will appreciate the beautiful Amazonian sunset. Finally dinner and overnight.

Day 4: We invite you to wake up at 4:00 am to see the Amazonian sunrise and the awakening of the birds (optional).
Breakfast
Then we will navigate the Amazon River to the community of ¨Sinchicuy¨, where the Yagua Indians are located and appreciate their customs expressed in their dances, songs and handicrafts. After this visit, we start swimming in the longest and most abundant river in the world and those who wish to experience the healing bath (mud) can do it on the banks.

Return to the Lodge, after lunch we will visit the peasant community of San Rafael here you can appreciate the customs of the peasants and their activities performed day after day, is also located the butterfly farm.

Day 5: Breakfast. Then we board again and sail downstream until we reach Monkey Island. We will also visit its fruit and medicine plantation.

Return to AQL. Lunch, and we prepare to return to the city in a 2 hour navigation. Transfer to the hotel / airport. End of our services.
