Peru boasts a wealth of biodiversity, enabling it to produce an astonishing variety of ingredients.
At the coordinated time, we will embark on our gastronomic adventure with a visit to a local market, where we will enjoy exploring a wide variety of products used in Peruvian cuisine.
We'll sample unique fruits such as Lúcuma, Aguaymanto, Chirimoya, and Pacae, as well as the diverse array of seafood from our sea, considered one of the richest in the world.
We'll visit a restaurant where a skilled chef will teach us how to prepare ceviche and guide us through a tasting session. Following that, a bartender will instruct us in the art of making Pisco Sour; each participant will craft their own Pisco Sour to suit their tastes. Finally, we'll indulge in a buffet lunch featuring a diverse array of Peruvian cuisine.
