Spend a day outside Lima exploring the Ballestas Islands, where you'll see sea lions and Humboldt penguins, and visit Huacachina.
Start the day very early, at 4:00 in the morning, with a comfortable pick-up service from your accommodation in Lima. From here, enjoy a picturesque 4-hour drive to Paracas (Ballestas Islands). Once there, you will board the "sliders", from which you can admire the iconic geoglyph of the Paracas Candelabra.
This tour will allow you to be amazed by the diversity of marine fauna upon arriving at the National Reserve. Spot sea lions, guano birds, and Humboldt penguins, among others. Then we travel to Ica for approximately 1 hour until we reach a winery, where we will tour its facilities and enjoy an exquisite tasting of local wines and piscos. Here we will have time for lunch.
After lunch, head to the Huacachina Oasis, a natural lagoon surrounded by palm trees and desert dunes. You will also have the opportunity to practice adventure sports such as buggy driving and sandboarding. It's an ideal place to take memorable vacation photos, so don't forget to bring your camera. After this experience, return to Lima, where you will be comfortably taken to your accommodation.
