This tour begins at dawn, we will take you from your hotel in the historic center of Cusco and we will go towards the community of Soraypampa, the starting point of the walk.

First we will cross the city of Limatambo located at an altitude of 2100 meters above sea level. (6889.76 ft), which was a vital access point to the city of Cusco in Inca times. Here you can see the archaeological remains of Tarawasi, an important resting point for those who went to Chinchaysuyo.

Then, we will continue the tour with mobility along the shore of the Apurímac River and surrounded by the Andean landscape. Get your camera ready and see your journey documented in photos!

Once we arrived at the community of Soraypampa, we began the walk towards the Humantay lagoon. We have a list of recommendations for you here. Upon arrival, enjoy the impressive views that the Andean landscape offers you and be surprised by the snow-capped Salkanta and the mysterious turquoise color of the lagoon.
